Introducing Interactive Bot Responses for WhatsApp bots!

Hello everyone, 

Haptik has come up with Interactive Bot Responses for WhatsApp bots. With these responses, you can enhance the responses that are sent to the users by the bot. There are three different interactive Bot Responses that you can configure:

  1. WhatsApp Lists
  2. WhatsApp Reply Buttons
  3. WhatsApp Product List Messages(PLM) - Single PLM and Multi PLM

Switching Channels made easy!

24-hour logic for Conversation's completion

We have come up with a new logic for defining how a conversation is marked complete on Haptik.

So what does Completing a Conversation mean?

Completing a Conversation simply means that the conversation will be marked complete by the bot after a certain period of time. This period of time is 24 hours, which means that the conversation will be marked complete after 24 hours from the time the conversation was initiated.
